The Research Institute can coordinate, implement, and provide assistance with the steps involved in the research process, including:

Instrument Formatting using e-Listen software which enables the production of clear, professional instruments.

Administration of the instrument in the medium or your choice: email, internet, diskette mail-out, or paper using bubble-dots.

Data Collection and organization, allowing for easy cross-tabulation and comparisons.

Data Analysis specific to the research question and the continuous improvement of your department or organization.

Application of the study results to your decision making process in a clear and concise format.

Process: Applied the principles of data-based decision making to determine the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for growth. Outcome: An innovative approach provided the organization with urgent, crucial information.
- Koster Insurance End User and Client Satisfaction Survey
Process: Utilized a comprehensive, electronic survey that requested feedback about satisfaction and policy change from clients and end-users of Koster Student Health Insurance. Outcome: Results were used to design, administer, and deliver a progressive plan of industry services.
